Ultraviolet lights into regular orange light.?

Okay so it shows a UV ray going into a box's side, and coming out on the bottom of the as an orange light. What is inside the box to make it change.

It vant have an internal source of energy.

It sounds like molecular fluorescence.  Did it look like this:
