Um, can somebody please help? 10 points to best answer.?

Ok so I just recently moved in with my dad after living with my mom for the last couple of years since they divorced. He is re-married. My stepmom actually cooks dinner unlike my mom who just gave me cereal or a sandwich. Plus we also go out to eat at least once week to 1 every two weeks and get breakfast from McDonalds at least once a week to once every 2 weeks. Because of this I have gone from weighing 115 to 120. So yeah I gained 5lbs. So basically how can I lose the weight without just not eating? I used to go running when I lived in Georgia but it's much to hot here in Florida. But I already do around a 100 sit-ups and 50 push-ups a day. Is there anything else I can do to lose the weight and keep it off?

  1. Just because your family goes out to eat alot does not mean that you can not pick healthy options. Even at mcdonalds you can have a meal with just barely 400 calories.  If you know your going to have a large meal eat lighter other times in the day.  And stay active.  If you incorporate some cardio into what you are doing it should be easy to maintain your weight.  Plus cut out extra calories where you can.  Drink Water or zero drinks.  


  2. Try to control your portion size.  Drink only water.  If you don't have access to an inside gym to run, try walking outside instead of running.  Sit ups and push ups won't take fat off...they work out your muscles.  If you want to help your fat loss by muscle gain, you really need to train with resistance, i.e. weights or resistance bands.  Good luck, and try not to sweat the 5lbs...

    i think the running is affecting your weight too though.

    you had little food and ran

    you have more food and no running

    so it has to affect your body i think.

    maybe less-no matter how often you eat.

  5. So your 16, and you wewigh 120? Wow. Your doing fine. But dont eat so much junk food and for breakfast eat some fruit. My cousin had the same problem and she did what I just told you and she lost 10 punds in 4 weeks.
