Ok so I just recently moved in with my dad after living with my mom for the last couple of years since they divorced. He is re-married. My stepmom actually cooks dinner unlike my mom who just gave me cereal or a sandwich. Plus we also go out to eat at least once week to 1 every two weeks and get breakfast from McDonalds at least once a week to once every 2 weeks. Because of this I have gone from weighing 115 to 120. So yeah I gained 5lbs. So basically how can I lose the weight without just not eating? I used to go running when I lived in Georgia but it's much to hot here in Florida. But I already do around a 100 sit-ups and 50 push-ups a day. Is there anything else I can do to lose the weight and keep it off?
