Well what you need to do is start off with a basic rubber baby doll.  It's best to use a poly-fiber based PAINT to ensure that the paint stays on the doll for a longer period of time.  You will need this to alter the eyes of the doll and give it appearance of wounds.  

The next thing to do is to consider what else would you like doing to the doll...if adding horns is a option I would consider using a rubber based ADHESIVE to ensure that added parts will stay on the doll.  Cut out cones or purchase small cones that are made of plastic, rubber or foam material.  Adhere it onto the doll with a the special adhesive and paint it after it dries.  Use this same adhesive to place black strips of yarn onto the doll to give it an appearance of stitches.

It's really about a individuals imagination on what they want the doll's appearence to be.  I would even consider red/white pony tails for a female doll or chain necklace for a male doll.
