Um how do i let my hamster know to trust me?

um guys i had 2 hamsters for like a month or two but i don't know how to let them trust me for example today the female hamster bite me and last week the albino one bite me. i'm in need of help got any tips?

my directions to tame your hamster in 2 weeks!!!

1. leave him alone for 2 days, talking to him and saying his name every time you pass his cage.

2. get a wet peice of bedding, rub it in your fingers (to make yourself sme\ll friendly) and give it a chunk of carrot between the bars of the cage. remember to talk to it. do this for one day.

3. repeat step 2 for another day.

4. do the same thing as step 2, except feed by putting treat in the bottom of your hand and placing it in the bottom of the cage. do this for 1 day.

5. stroke him while he's eating his treat, feed him treats and stroke him once a day for 3 days.

6. while you are stroking him, lift him up. do this for 3 days.

7. you can try this WITHOUT the treat. say its name, talk to it, then put your hand in front of its face.

*********** remember hamsters cant see well. if you just give them a treat randomly wihtout talking to them, they will get scared. always let him know you're there by talking to them. do this before you approach him, every time, even after you have tamed it.

i had 2 out my 3 hamster who were 'scared' of me so i let them be for like 1 1/2 months and one day i opened the door put my hand up the the cage and my hamstrer got on my hand! i pet her and i told her that she has a good girl and i gave her a treat after. i did that with my other one too. just leave them alone for like 2 more days then try it.

talk to your hamsters quietly and let them accept treats from your hand. do not grab them, let them come onto you. hamsters bite, and its something hamster owners have to deal with.

well u can give them like a treat a day and try to hold them with gloves if the bite then take them off when u feel me conferable

Tell them you'll never leave them for younger, better looking hamsters.

You should leave them alone for a bit and when you feed them let them get used to them scent of your hand. Then you will be able to handle them without getting bit.
