Um how do you put on football pads?

ya my new football team's pants don't have places for my knee pads. and mi girdle wont hold the hip pads they give me because the hip pads are like wide or something.what should i do?? on and the hip pads are liike the Adams Tl 1325 hip pads

put the pants inside out and make the indent facing you like a bowl

get new pants our tie them in the belt

haha i had the same problem when i was an incoming freshmen. hmm ur pants are supposed to have slits on top of the knee to put it in. also the hip pads dunt go all the way in u just stick in the middle thingy and let the sides stick out. another alternative to the hip pads are to tie them to ur belt. have fun at double days and the rest of ur season =P

if the hip pads have slits in them, run it through the belt & slip the knee pads in the girdle.
