  1. The healthiest thing would be fruit.

    The next healthiest thing would be a high-fiber cereal, like Raisin Bran (NOT sugar-coated kid's cereal).

  4. food is usually what most people eat.... haha jk lol. the best tasting and healthiest ( in my opinion) thing to eat is whole wheat toast with peanut butter (open face) and scarmble egg whites with some cheese and pepper mixed into the egg whites with be scrambled
