Umar Akmal eyes a Test comeback - Cricket News Update
The hard hitting middle-order batsman of Pakistan, Umar Akmal, is eying a return to the Test format of the game and has said that he will do his absolute best to regain a spot in Pakistan's 5-day squad.
While talking to the media reporters, the aggressive batsman said that playing Test cricket was his top priority, adding that one cannot be a great player without impressing in the longest format of the game.
“I’m not disappointed as the selectors know who to pick,” said Akmal. “Tests are my top priority. One can’t be a great cricketer without playing in Tests and I have to make a comeback.”
