Umax lcd screen HD15A

Question

there was something wrong with the screen. I got it fixed but when I turend on the screen it was dim. I could see the images and words on the sreen but too dark and very dim light on it. any ideas. I am thinking there is a problem with the inverter but I am not sure. any help would be appreciated.
