  1. Its noraml for a 1st time; so dont worry

  2. Since this was your first period it might act a little funny for now. You have nothing to really worry about. =)

  3. Your first period may not last very long. Each woman are different, could only last up to 3 days for you. Do not worry you will see with each passing month how your cycle will regulate itself.

  4. its over. congrats.

you should consult with someone closer to you, than Yahoo Answers for personal help like that. Is there someone you can talk to? or not. your going to be fine.

  5. Sometimes you don't bleed as much when your sleeping. Because you're just lying there not doing anything, plus you probably just have a light period. It's nothing to worry about.

  6. When you first start your period it is gonna be irregular, which means one month you could have it for two days, and the next you'll have it for seven. Sometimes it may not even come a month. After a while your period will start to follow a schedule. Everyone is different so don't panic. Mine always goes for 5 or 6 days, one of my friends goes for only three. It's a big annoying hassle but eventually you'll understand your bodies schedule.

  7. Since this is your first period in your life it ain't going to be really a normal one.

it usually takes a year before they get regulated and such. and usually in the 20's when they're totally down to a science of when you'll get one.

i have a friend who will have hers and then not have it for 2-3 months again. she does not have s*x either.

i've also had a friend who got hers and then for one whole year didn't, she went into the docter and they put her on pills so she can have it again.

One way to watch your periods is getting a journal or something and writing down the day the period started, and then everyday writing down how heavy it was, and then when the period ends writing down that day.

for the heavyness of the period do a scale like 1-5. 5 being really heavy and over flowing, 1 being spotting here and there.

keep this journal and do it every month, it'll help if you ever go into the docters, and they want to know your period record.

  8. your fine . it happens all the time. once you start walking around and moving something will show up...

nothing came out because you were laying down. i don't know how to really put it without sounding gross either. haha.

i hope it helped you out
