    Question: What kinds of firewalls are supported to use the PC-to-PC voice feature?

    Your firewall must support outbound TCP connections for the PC-to-PC voice feature to work. Most home firewalls and many corporate firewalls have this as their default setting.


  2. It depends on the Firewall Program. If it will not connect try this:

    Open messenge and select the Messenger menu>go to Preferences>select Connections> Choose Firewall with no Proxy. If that doesn't work then try the other settings.

    If all this fails and you still can't use voice, then go here and download this IM. It was designed from the start to work on Voice. PC to PC is free. It is easy to set up and  works everytime you use it.
