  1. They should have been by now. Best bet is to see a doctor about them (I just went last week for them, the exam is not as bad as you think).

    Feel better!

  2. For some people it's just a few months then the go away. For others, like my sis in law... they never go away. It just depends.

  3. Usually they just go away.. but they can (sadly) stick around.. I gave my mommy one when I was born and that was 21 years ago.. and she's still dealing with it.. :(.. xo

  4. Oh man I am sorry about that! You should def. consult your doctor!

  5. They might NEVER go away it sucks but its true!

  6. i never hhad them..try TUCKS pads and sitz baths

  7. I had my 1st 5 years ago and they still come back every now and again.  Funny thing is that they were gone while I was pregnant with my last and just came up about a month after he was born.  It has been 5 months and although they are better, they are not gone.

  8. a lot of people don't go to the doctor about this problem and could end up having them for years. i know i wouldn't want to go if i had them still but i'd rather get rid of them than live with them.

to answer your question: i didn't really get them much during my pregnancy so they went away after a few weeks.

but honestly, you should go see a doctor. they see loads of things and this is one that isn't going to embarrass them at all. also, i used to work in a pharmacy and we sold loads and loads of meds for them so it isn't a biggie.

  9. SORRY TO HEAR THAT. MOST LIKELY THEY WILL GO AWAY  BUT IT A SMALL CHANCE THEY MIGHT STAY

  10. I agree--five months seems a little long. With both of my babies, they lasted a max of about 3 months. But every pregnancy is different, and it's definitely not for wimps! So many body changes happen, and some of them stay. With hemorrhoids, it's not very common that they stay a big problem, so I'd recommend seeing your doc in case it could be due to some other issue. My youngest is 8 months old, and I still have smaller flare-ups from time to time, where before I was pregnant, I never had ANY issues. Is this what you're talking about? Or are they pretty severe?

  11. Mine went away around 3 weeks but I think everyone is different. Talk to your doc if you are still worried.

  12. i dont' know..but i think i have one or something too..  just seems odd in there.  but none were ever near the outside.

    7 month old..eek.
