  1. Are you and your bf in a serious relationship?? Because if you are and he wants you to go I think you should go, and if you aren't going to go just tell him you are not and that you are not comfortable with the situation.

  2. You should at least go and wait in the waiting room

It is all about him and his health!  Don't you care about his health and how upsetting it is to have a serious health problem?

  3. Maybe he just wants you there because you make him feel comfortable. If your relationship is serious with him, why not go? You can always wait in the waiting room until he comes out, you don't have to actually be in the same room. One day if you want him to come and support you on something, you can always bring up that time you went with him to his physical.

  4. Is your boyfriend under the age of 9?  If he does well are you going to give him a lolly; maybe take him for an ice cream?

There's no reason for you to go; honestly- if he's this big of a wimp now, god help you down the road.

"Sweetie...you don't need me to go with you; if you want I'll call your mummy and she will go with you and hold your hand."

Tell him that his physical is incredibly mundane and routine.  He's not going to be violated or inappropriately probed or fondled.  Tell him that the doctor has about as much desire of probing his s*****m as he does of having it examined.  The doctor will promise to not tell the world he has small genitals if he would like.

Then, tell him that while he's acting like a giant wimp that you're going to go looking for a man who acts and behaves like a man.

  5. I don't get why he wants you to go or equally why you are so against going? What's the big deal either way. "serious" and your basic med exam is a contradiction in terms.
