Ummm, Where is my Stimulus Check The IRS Promised?

I received my letter stating how much i was getting, but then I get no check.

My last two digits is 20 so that was suppose to be mail out by the 30th...Syke!!!

I know people who got there paper check with the same last digits as mine on the 30th which was a friday, and some got it on Monday....But me no check!!!

And since when did you decide to trust Dudya. I won't believe it or count on that money until it is safely deposited into my bank account. I'm hanging on to mine as long as I can. I wouldn't want to send Dudya the wrong message that this little trick is working. At this point in the game, it's going to take a lot more than a lousy $600 to buy me off. I don't particularly appreciate the bribe that's being offered.

The government is a joke. I knew when they said free money for all it was too good to be true. They can't get **** right.  Did you see they deposited 150,000 checks in the wrong bank account? I am not even looking forward to mine. What they want to do is keep coming up with LIES about mix ups so that not everyone gets theirs at the same time. So they can CORRECT MISTAKES  for the next 6 months and  then it will look like they (GEORGE W. BUSH) were able to STIMULATE our DESTROYED ECONOMY!!!!!!!!

My last two digits are also 20.  I received a letter on 5-5 stating I should receive my check on 5-2.  Further investigation indicates it will be sent no later than 5-30 (according to the IRS website), however a glitch may have occurred.  A friend filed with turbo tax and received refund via direct deposit into a temporary account which was eliminated once the refund arrived into her primary checking account.  So the account info the IRS received was set up via Turbo Tax.  When that account could not be accessed the stimulus check was kicked back at which time the IRS resent it via paper check.  Her last two are 03 and she has since then received her check.  I assume my check has encountered a similar delay (I, too filed via turbo tax) and I will receive a paper check as well within the next week or so, since it should have been sent no later than 5-30 and I am expecting a similar kick back and re-direction.

I know they were having problems, give it till Thursday and if not start calling. Maybe the person that did your taxes has it?
