Help!

When I go to a certain category to answer questions it says the last question was asked 2 hours ago. When I go to all categories I see that many of questions have been asked in the category in the last minute.

I have checked I have it set from recent to older. What gives?

  1. I did the same exact thing and that happened to me to.  Now what I do is, I go to the "Home" hyperlink and click on it (at the top lift of the yahoo page).  It shows the most recent questions asked (all categories though).  This will give you more accuracy of when the questions were posted.  Some categories haven't had postings in awhile and just because you see the first one at the top of the page doesn't mean it was just just posted, it means that no one has posted a question in a good while..  Try it and you'll see what I'm talking about.

  2. Mine has been doing that too.

I think it's just because it's at such a weird time of day...that the most recent questions really WERE asked that long ago.

Because when I go to the home page, the one where the most recent questions from all the categories are listed, those are still 3,4,5 seconds ago.

It's just that the category you're looking at isn't very popular right now.

  3. I have run into this a few times mostly during the day.  Sometimes if I go in and clear my browsers cache and then reload the page it helps.  But not always.
