Ummm...? Okay, what's up with Jimmy Carter?

I admit, I have never been a fan of his. But does anyone else think he is having increasingly abnormal behavior?

He is older than dirt! The gears maybe stripping.  It's sad to see someone so intelligent burning out.  He was a nuclear engineer before he was president.  Possibly the smartest president ever.  see---

He's trying to salvage his image before he dies by doing humanitarian things and trying to act the hero and uniter.

It's painfully obvious he fears for his soul, and imaginary salvation.
