Unable to burn photos from my computer to DVD

Question

I have NTI CD and DVD maker program in my computer, howerver when I try to create slides with or without music to DVD it always come up that DVD is full and to insert a blank. When the DVD is taken out and put on to another computer I was able to burn the samething to the DVD.

Pls help, I don't know why its not allowing me to do this?
