Unable to connect?

I am unable to fully open Yahoo Music. A box comes up and says that I need to install a newer verson, which I install. Then Nothing. Another box comes up and says "A fatel exception 0xc0000005 has occured at 0x0042AF7C (Read 0x59). Please Help. What should I do?

Do a System Restore using a restore point prior to the point that it told you to install a newer version.  Then remove Yahoo! Music Jukebox in add or remove programs.  Goto downloads.yahoo.com and download YMJ.  See if it works.
