Unable to open MyYahoo from Windows XP?

When I try to open My Yahoo using http://my.yahoo.com/index.html I receive a pop up window from Windows XP stating it cannot open the page. My advanced settings for SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section. I have Norton Protection Center installed on my computer. What is weird is that I have another Yahoo ID for business use and this same computer loads My Yahoo with no problems. Yahoo does not give any indication that the MyYahoo settings are incorrect or outdated for the GMB858 Yahoo ID.

  1. deleat the tool bar then reinstall it
