hi guys iam unable to open bux.to it not only bux.to but other ptc sites

please tell me is there any problem with my computer it is saying that time out ( down the browser it is say like ti is a poxy server )

bux.to is rubbish, I earned about 0.75 dollors in 20 minutes. I am sorry this is irrelevent but I am just telling you.
