Unable to play videos on ipod?

I have a 30GB ipod and I am unable to play videos on it although it has the options of video and video playlist.

Maybe formats of your movies is not the iPod supported formats.

So you'd better use a  converter to convert them to your iPod playable formats.

Are the videos in your library defnitely in iPod friendly format?

Videora iPod converter is the best free ipod converter if they aren't

Otherwise just check the setting for videos in iTunes when you plug the iPod in
