Unable to verify account information please call customer service?

i just recently got a new razor because mine was broken(i have verizon) and it was different than my old one, like the setup. and when i try to get a new application this message pops up "unable to verify account information please call customer service" what can i do?

Call customer care and explain that every time you try to get a new application you get "unable to verify account information please call customer service."  Then someone should be able to help you out and solve your problem.
