Unable to view the new My Yahoo! using Firefox 2.0.0.15?

Hello,

I am another person who is disatistifed with the new My Yahoo. But my disatisfaction is regarding that the page is blank. I have yet to get any help from the Yahoo! helpdesk. And I suspect that I won't based on previous issues.

I have deleted all my yahoo cookies and cleared the cache several times to no avail. Using Internet Exploder is not an option.

When I view the page source that gets displayed in Firefox, I only see the following line, "<!-- p398.my.sp1.yahoo.com compressed/chunked Mon Jul 14 14:19:07 PDT 2008 -->"

Any suggestions?

I am using Firefox 3 with no problem. It seems like they moved everything from my first page to the second but it works. You should upgrade to Firefox 3. It just takes a few seconds and there is not much difference except for what is behind the scenes.

Note that if you are unable to use the All-New mail you may run into problems in either case. You may not have a powerful enough computer.

That happened to me!!! What you need to do is open your email on another computer... and click &quot;Use classic mail&quot;. You should be able to continue as usual.
