Interest is high in the Basque tactician who looks set to depart for adventures in Russian Premier League. It has been reported that Spartak Moscow have offered Unai Emery a two year contract, with the trainer duly obliging.
Emery’s replacement, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mauricio-c24899 Pellegrino, has been lauded in footballing circles with Rafael Benitez endorsing his appointment. The former Valencia manager claimed that Pellegrino has all the ingredients to shine in his new position given his characteristic
to thrive in such situations.
"He was a little leader when he played and I'm sure this will mark its path. Has all the ingredients and conditions to do well," the two-time La Liga winning manager said.
"As a player no one can doubt his courage and his ability in defence. I took him to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 as a player and stayed with me as assistant. I have a great opinion of him, does not have the experience of being number one but first as a player and then as a
coach has shown his level and ability."
"From a technical, tactical, knowledge, enthusiasm, commitment and dedication is ready. Works and looks much, impose his character. Each one has its own personality but character, desire and enthusiasm will be a bonus," he added.
Valencia go into their final match of the Primera Division with an advantage of six points over closest rivals, Malaga. Incidentally, Unai Emery’s last match in charge of directing Los Che’s affairs comes against boyhood club, Real Sociedad.
