we live in a community in So. CA., Every day, we leave the house to drop my kids off at High School at 6:45am. And everyday, about the same time, a teen, who also attends the same school, is driving in the same direction. Not one day has gone by in the last three months that this teen driver, hasn't cut another car off, tailgated (and I mean seriously close), changed lanes from the left, to get to the right, cutting off traffic in all lanes. She knows my daughter, they are not enemies, but has blatently cut ME off numerous times. Today, It is raining like crazy, she is riding the *** of the car in front of me, He slows down, so what does she do? She gets in the left lane, rides at 75mph in the center median, cuts across four lanes of traffic to get to the right lane. She is now behind me, in the right lane, traffic was backed up a the intersection, so she trieds to squeeze between me, and a city bus, and couldn't fit through. I've told her parents. They did NOTHING!!

  1. So sad. She probably wont live to see her 21'st birthday, and will take some other innocent people along with her. Her parents are losers if they do nothing.

  2. This is very simple and should have be taken care off months ago, just get the plate number and report this to your local police department and they will be there the next day for sure.

  3. they're called traffic police, give them her license number and some sound testimony from several witnesses.  Perhaps you can help save her life, and someone else's too.

  4. Yeah , go with answerer 2...

Has she actually passed her driving test ??

And maybe install  a CCTV camera in the back of your car, so you can record her behaviour.

  5. Call the police and ask them to have a car out there.  If she is doing it every day then a couple of tickets should catch either her or her parents attention.  The police usually comply.  Here we have a speed zapper through one of the TV stations and he periodically gets out there and zaps people and they are on the news and now the police back him up.  People call in with "hot" spots and it does slow people down and get them to drive more safely.  He caught a speeding school bus and a police car speeding through a school zone and there was h*ll to pay. . .but they deserved it.  And he also does a thing witht he health department and they go out with them on their inspections and interview the good and the bad.  It is amazing, what I thought to be sanitary places to eat at, aren't at all.  It does help clean up the dirty restaurants and a lot of people pay attention.  it's called the right to be informed about where you are eating.  Try calling your local TV station and see if they can't help you.  Good luck.  If nothing else works, when you went to her parents house, was she there.  You need to confront her and explain the dangers of driving like that.  Not only can she kill you and your daughter, she can kill herself.  Maybe a second plea would help.  Sometimes teens just don't realize how dangerous they are to everyone.  That's why their insurance is soooo high.

  6. License plate # and if you can, have someone video tape. Send a complain to your police dept. and a ticket could be issued.

  7. Got a cell phone that also takes pictures?  Hand it to your high school student, and have him or her take pictures of the unsafe acts this car does.  Try to include the license plate in the pictures.  After you drop them off, drive directly to the police station and ask to speak to the chief, and show him the pictures.  I'm sure the situation will soon be rectified after that.

Or take your digital camera with you.

  8. Get her license plate and call the cops, You might be doing her a big favor, Since talking  to her parents didn't help
