Unblock HTTP Header?

Question

I am trying to download a song from a pay site but when I go to download it the site says "Please check to make sure that your security settings are not blocking communication of your HTTP header information, including HTTP_Referer."

How do I do this?

Try going to the same page only behind a proxy. It could be that the site your visiting is being blocked. This is the one I use all the time. I hope this helps.
