well i'm uncircumcised and this has never happened to me but i'm guessing that his skin is tight over his head of his p***s and when you pulled all the way down you pulled it over his head and it tore a little bit and started to bleed.    he probably has not worked it enough to loosen it up and make it so it will go over the head easier

well, there are tissues then when u get circumsized they cut off, u mightve ripped it and it started bleeding, or hes really sensitive.

You probably tore his frenulum because his f******n is too tight. It may take a few days to heal so he should go easy on it until it does. In the future, listen to him! Don't hurt him. And suggest he tries stretching exercises to loosen his f******n.
