Uncomfortable feeling after masterbation

Question

I am a 20 year old male who is looking for an answer to my question. I materbate 2 or 3 times a week, sometimes less. I use to do it alot more when i was younger. About 3 or 4 times a year I have a very uncomfortable feeling after I m********e. The only word I can use to describe it is that it a very uncomfortable sensation. Its uncomfortable to sit down and its very annoying. The only other way I can describle it is that its a slight (very slight) burning sensation.

My only solution to this feeling is to drink 5 to 10 bottles of water and urinate a couple times. Usually the feeling goes away after a couple hours. Also I urinate while sitting down.

The only guess i have is that there is still s***n in my urethra.

Notes: 100% it is not an STD

Some s***n still comes out about a minute or two after ejacualation. It kind of ozes out and I try to help it along.

If anyone has the same problem or has any idea of what is happening let me know.
