I deal with them frequently on a professional basis and I agree with you. They annoy the h**l out of me.

no its not just you, i used to help run an old folks home and they moaned once because there was a drawing pin and a bit of tinsel about an inch long in the ceiling where it had broken off but health and safety said we couldnt go up the ladder to remove it.

pathetic really when there are children getting battered to death and old folks being ill treated.
