Under 15 footy the coach definetly has favourites my sonand acouple of the other boys are deliberatly left out

they play good footy but dont get the chance only when they train.the coach has done this for 2 seasons i think its unfair any blind person can see whats going on do you think if i approach him h**l just think im atypical whinging mum?

  1. Go and talk to the club's committee. The club should have rules about the rotation of players. Get them to re-enforce the rules with the coach - without mentioning the kids' names.


  2. I would definitely approach him in a cool calm manner and express your concerns.

  3. ive seen this happen so many times,thats why when my son was old enough he started swimming and did quite well. when you are the best nobody can take that away from you, unlike team sports where, your spot is determined by how well your lifed by the  coach. this is also a problem with dance schools, favouritism is well known there.  give me individual sports any day. does wonders for a childs self esteem.

  4. I would approach him but bont just talk about your son, talk about even rotations or subs and keep your cool other wise your just waisting your breath
