Under 21 in Salem, MA for halloween?

Question

I'm going to Salem with some friends for halloween this year but we've noticed most of the parties are 18+ or over 21.

We've never been before and we're wondering what there is to do at night. (something scary maybe) If its all we can do, whats trick or treating like?

* We're mostly 17, one 16.

* I've checked out the haunted happenings site, its all tours and activites. or we're too young for the parties.

Basically is it worth going if we're not 18...

GO EARLY IN THE MORNING! If you don't you'll never get there.  You don't need to do anything, just go in the shops and watch all the people its really fun.  I go up there all the time to see my godmother, that could be something you guys do!  She is a psychic and has a shop on Pickering Warf.   Salem Psychic Center...here's the link to the site: http://www.salempsychiccenter.com

She is great and we always have fun going there.  When we went last Aug. we went to the Salem Witch Trials Memorial and took pictures on one of the tombs.  I'll edit this with some links to the pictures we took, it is SO much fun there I LOVE it.

(I'm in the red shorts and white tank top, my sister is in all black, my mom is in the black tank top and blue shorts and my cousin is in the blue t-shirt and black shorts.)

Then we also went over to the mall and did those dress up pictures where we were witches.
