Under The Sea Party Help?

Question

So, my friend is having an under the sea themed party this saturday and as usual I have left it to the last minute. Can anyone think of a unique idea that is within a reasonable budget and easy to do?

If you come up with an idea please explain how I could achieve the look; a submarine may seem like a great idea but I'm not that creative.

You could take the simplest option and just use swimwear, flippers, goggles or a diving outfit.Topped off with bright sun screen.

To get a shark, fish, dolphin, jellyfish would be a bit of work.

I have seen a friends who made a shark fin from card and tied it to herself. She had amazing face paint and wore a grey construction workers suit. She used flippers for the tail.
