Under UK Law, is it an offense to consume alcohol as a passenger on private transportation (car, mini-bus)?

Well...You should really check with the laws of your land about open container laws...I'm sure that the laws are different depending on where you are..but here..in the US...a passenger with an open container is very costly...whether you're of age or not.

I searched and found nothing about this but you could just call any company over there that uses these vehicle and ask them......
