  1. You want hot gear. Cold gear is for holding heat in. You want to let heat out.

Long sleeve ones are supposed to make you feel cooler. they take the sweat off quicker and let it evaporate. I personally just wear a shock doctor compression jock and wear an RBK hot compression short sleeve shirt, basically what you're looking at, but a different brand. That works fine for me, since I don't sweat much on the arms.

  2. i usually wear long sleeve under armor when playing hockey. It helps, i like it,

  3. I've never tried cold gear, but I would think it wouldn't work as well as heat gear.

It gets hot under all that equipment, and cold gear would just keep that heat in. I can't give you a completely accurate decision, but I would imagine heat gear is the way to go.

    Cool.

    Drop the puck already!

  4. sleeveless cold gear under my goalie pads, and I never had a problem even in the coldest weather playing outside.

  5. i also play hockey and i find that the short sleevee

under armor works the best but also a cut off fthin t shirt works too the long sleeve stuff maked you relly hot i should know ive played for 6 years but also use the shorts for you garder it keeps your legs cool not the long pants....

  6. Short sleeve heat gear is what I use.

  7. Just use a short sleeved one they work great.
