  1. It's age! The younger the children the more teachers/less students there have to be. ***I don't think the kids have any previous training!***

  8. A. Age.  The younger the children the more staff required to care for them. For infants it might be 1 - 4 but for 5 year old 1 - 10/14

  9. A.age.  For example, the younger the age of the child, the less children per teacher.  In AZ, the ratio for infants is 1 teacher to every 5 students,  1 year olds is 1:6, 2 yo 1:8, 3 yo 1:13, 4yo 1:15 & over 5 years of age, 1:20.
