Under technical barriers to trade, why price of the exporting country will drop?

In fact, it is a supply-demand curve that aims to tell the exporting country suffers a welfare loss as a whole under technical barriers. But at the first place, it has had mentioned that the price will drop without any explanation. So I want to know more.

  2. with trade barriers, the would-be exporting country has more supply than it would with no barriers, but demand is the same.  therefore the price is lower than with free trade.
