Under the skin Pimple ?

It's only on my chin... I have In the skin pimples... they don't have a black head... If I pop them...they are pasty ... and there are a lot of stuff in them. What should I do to get rid of them. I love Oil of Olay products ...

definatley DO NOT POP. I popped one of mine once and i wish i hadn't cuz now i got a purple scar where it was before =[

make sure to exfoliate so they dont get too deep

and only pop the pus out of them

Put a washcloth under the hottest water you can tolerate, then hold it on your face to bring it to the surface. Then use your normal face wash or toothpaste to dry it out. I know the toothpaste part sounds weird, but it really works. Put a little bit on your pimple before you go to bed, then wash it off in the morning.
