  1. probation, a criminal record, fines, community service, loss of driving license

  2. If you are underage and drinking and you get caught, you get taken down to the police station for processing and your parents will be called advising them.

  3. If arrested, you will:

    1.  Spend the night in jail

    2.  Appear before a judge the next morning

    3.  Be released if you (or your parents) can pay bail; otherwise, you will remain in jail until trial

    4.  At trial, you will be found guilty, you will be ordered to pay a fine, and you will be placed on probation.  (Technically, you could be sentenced to serving time in jail.  However, jails are overcrowded and judges know that is no place for a kid who did the same thing the judge did at that age.)

    5.  If you fail to comply with all terms of probation, you will be sent to jail.

Edited to add my job description below

  4. Sweetie, It's not only what could happen to you, You also have to think of the others around you. Homeowners can also be sued for this type of "Underage Drinking Party". If you get caught, you go directly to jail and your parents will be notified. I am trying to STOP underage drinking. My daughter was at one of these "parties" She passed out and no one called me for 5 hours. When I got the phone call at 4:30am, it was almost too late. I took her to the hospital, where she was pronounced BRAIN DEAD. Luckily, she survived a coma, 2 surgeries, and still dealing with the affects of it. THINK BEFORE YOU DRINK.

  5. How you getting there?  Familiar with MIP?  Know what happens if you get pinched with the car keys and your operator's license on you?

Get ready to give the state your vehicle and driving privileges.

You actually sometimes need to grow up before you try to do grown up things.  Not what you wanted to hear, but you're going to do what you want to anyway, right?

  6. a slap on the wrist is all.  have fun brosef.

  7. If you are under the age of 21. You are in violation of state law. The police can arrest you for underage drinking and the person who bought the alcolhol can be charged for contributing to underage drinking.

Your best bet is to go find something else to do. It's not worth it to get in trouble with the law.
