  1. Honey, you need to go see your school counselor or a teacher you trust.  They can help you find the help that you need.

  2. throw away all the bottles

soo u can stop drinkin and

instead of buyin drinks u can

save the money on things u need

  3. Find an Alcoholics Anonymous near you. Look it up in the phone book, the counsellors will get back to you ASAP if you get a machine. DON'T HANG UP, be brave and seek help, it's out there.

  4. What an odd coincidence, my name is Serena too :)  I started drinking when I was about 14/15 and it got out of control fast but took me years to realize and let go of.  I am 26 now, and have been alcohol free for 20 months.  It was really difficult for me to stay away from it, so I went to my dr and had them prescribe me Antabuse...it's a medication that makes it to where you CANNOT drink or you will get REALLY ridiculously ill.  1 pill, and you can't drink for 2 weeks, but you take it every day, that way if the urge comes, you'll have already taken your dose and can't drink for 2 weeks, so you end up not choosing to drink 2 weeks later, and just keep taking your pills.  The fear of getting as sick as those side effects describe REALLY does the trick.  I never drank again.  I stopped taking the antabuse in November of last year, when I became pregnant, and now I've had my baby for 10 weeks and I haven't drank at all still :)  Also AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) is free, you can just look them up in a search engine to find somewhere local, even for teens, etc.  If you ever need to talk, feel free to email.  And good luck hun...you already have a 1 up on this thing by realizing so early in life. I was drinking for like 10 years before I opened my eyes.  And it took some SCREWED up sh** to wake me up...I'm glad it's not that way for you.  Talk to your dr, really.

  5. you need to see a psychiatrist and you ned to go to rehab.

    kick that addiction.

    no bueno.

  6. God! Turn to God! God is always going to love you! He will help go through this! Please if you need anything else email me! =]

  7. nah you will be fine, maybe try to get a job to keep you busy for the times you dont drink

  8. AA.

  9. You can go to Alcoholics Anonymous and they will help you and I believe it's free. It's good that you want to change the situation. I'm sorry you're dealing with such a heavy situation at such a young age but there are programs to help.

I hope it works for you

  10. Alcohol is an addiction just like drugs.

Get involved in AA meetings, to get better.

or just go cold turkey and quit rapidly.

  11. aa

  12. Will power is the key, and your age is also as it can affect your growth and health if it is overdone. If you really want to stop then find some friends you age to hang with and talk to adults about it as  much as you can. I think just being able to confide in someone about it will help. If you get involved in some youth programs that will give you something to do with your time may help also. Nothing wrong with a drink or 2 if you are of age a mature enough to handle it. Otherwise you may be setting a pattern that will lead into alcoholism. Talking to some is a good start. Good luck

  13. go to AA and get help, you need it, you did not mention any other family, if you have some then go to them or your church. Your brother is your blood, but he has demonstrated that he is too immature to be responsible for you. He has no business bringing his older friends around you and allowing you to drink or letting them supply you with liquor. That shows his immaturity or lack of concern for his kid sister. If your family is in the system then you can get help there, also look in your local telephone book and find some counseling, really what you need is Crisis Counseling. I wish you the best. Think of yourself and even though you did not mention this do not have unprotected s*x.

  14. stay away from people who let you do this to yourself.

do not be anywhere near them. consult someone you

trust. and go to sessions for people with problems like you.

you need to get this under control before something happens

your life & the people around you lives are all in danger. the

best of luck to you :]

  15. When ever you drink think that all that money you spend on alcohol could go to something important!  You could buy new clothes get a haircut.  Remind yourself that it will get better just belive in urself

  16. STOP DRINKING

  17. go to one of those alcohol clinic thingys that help you recover.

  18. Here's the deal.  Find some help.  Whether its AA or some counseling or just someone to talk to.  Avoid the situations in which you find yourself drinking.  Trust God? I think not.  i know way too many christian alcoholics.  That just adds fuel to your fire, really.  You have begun drinking at an early age and to excess, but that doesn't necessarily mean you are an alcoholic.  Drinking to kill pain or forget may be just a symptom of a larger problem.  Believe in yourself.  Be strong.  YOU are all you've got.

  19. your never to young to go to AA someone there could help you. Maybe you should check in own counseling, that would definitely help.
