Underage driver?

there is this girl across the street I swear she looks like she is 14 and all the girls she hangs out with look the same and she always drives this white explorer. I can not tell you how many times she has hit cars parking and I am very sure she is like 14 and 15 and does not have no learners.

Who would I contact about this? She hit my dads van a few weeks back but we were not home to witness it our neighbor told us

Call the police station, and tell them. If anything they can just come to her house and ask how old she is/for her drivers license

Get a video camera of her getting in the car / truck and driving off.  Then call the police.

If they give up c**p, tell them that their daughter (a) hit your car (b) you did if for her own safety too.

Very simple, call your local police department and tell them about this for her safety as well as the safety of others..

call the police and file a hit and run against her.  If they find that she does not have a license, she'll be in a lot of trouble.  If possible, have your neighbors contact the police as a witness just to be sure the report is accurate and airtight.

Call the police and report it.  Even if she is of age, she is wrecking property and getting away with it.
