Underage driving in Canada?

This is just a random question, but what is the penalty for driving underage or allowing someone underage to drive in British Columbia, Canada? And no, I'm not planning to.

if someone isn't propperly licenced and you know that they are driving your car, you can get your licence suspended, I looked it up not too long ago, icbc.com has information on BC anyways.
