Underage nude photographs?

Is it legal to photograph the back side of an underage person?

If the private is not visible, and it is obviously not pornographic?

Nudity and images with nudity are NOT illegal or pornographic At ANY age if there is no sexuall context.

You do not need any permission from the person unless you are using it for profit

Well if its your own pic then I don't see how it can be illegal I mean you pretty much see a naked underage person every time you look into the mirror lol

you would need a signed release form and I doubt a minors signature is good. so the parent(s) would have to sign.

No it is not. If the person who was being photographed knew about it and laughed or if they were just a child/baby then definatley no. Although if it is a teen/pre-teen don't do it.
