Undercooked rice?

i made some rice and it seems as though it was undercooked. how do i fix it? do i just add more water?

No problem...just put it in the microwave with a little water, or broth, and cover, being sure to leave a little vent/opening, and steam on med/hi for about 3 minutes or until it's to your liking. If you don't have a microwave, the stovetop will do just fine, just put it on med/low for a few minutes. Better undercooked, than overcooked I always say.

Try adding a little more water (not a lot) and put it in the microwave with a lid on.  The steam is what cooks the rice.  I do it all of the time with brown rice.  

I'm notorious for undercooking it when I do it on the stove top.
