Undereye highlighter

Question

I have no idea how to apply that highlighting shimmer on my lower lash line??? Before or after mascara? What should i use? How do i do it? I'm kinda clueless :P.

Please and thank you in advance!!!! :)

btw--i don't know if it matters but i usually shop at walgreens/walmart/target/shopko/etc... for my makeup

it doesn't matter where you shop for your makeup products, b/c most proucts are sold around the world at the same locations. do not apply mascara first, because you'll get the shimmer on the mascara on the lashes.and to apply it, get a flat brush to apply the shimmer. take it and dip it and do a spot at a time to make almost like a line RIGHT above the rawline, don't put it TOO close the eye/raw line, otherwise it'll irritate the eye, and you're eyes will water then your mascara will run. after you apply it put the mascara on. to keep the mascara from getting it onto your skin, get a small piece of paper, or a card and put it under the lashes, then put your head back and apply it; this will keep it from the mascara making black/brown lines getting on the skin. then let it dry before doing anything else.

Use a small brush and apply the shimmer lightly before you apply mascara. Hope this helps.

To take any worry out of it, go to walmart and buy Mary-Kate and Ashley Shimmer Plus. the color you want to get is a shimmery silver.

This is the same thing as the highlighting shimmer but it's in the form of a pencil.

Just apply before mascara on the lower lash line and the corner of the eye to drastically lighten your eye to make it glow.
