Underfloor heating construction with steel grid: Where can I buy spacing lists for lifting grid up from EPS?

I want to do underfloor heating in a solid concrete floor construction and want to lift the steel grid approx 15 mm up from the insulation underneath so the concrete runs round and under the pipes as well as over (10cm concrete in total). This improves the system output by 20%. Where can I buy such spacing lists or whatever they are called? They are avail. in other countries. See e.g. here http://www.e-pages.dk/4a/1/261 , product at the bottom right. I cannot find them or similar in the UK.
