The decision regarding the choice of a career is usually made at a time when young boy/girl is neither an adult nor a child. In fact the decision made a teenager during the period of his/her success and sense of fulfillment in life.

Considering the choice one has to make early in life, one needs help from parents, councilors or teachers so that the choice is made after considering 3 important factors - self assessment(weak & strong areas), exploration and decision making.
