Undergraduate School ?

Does it matter where u go for under grad if i wanted to go to dental school afterward? or would i have to go to a top undergrad school.

  1. I think it does matter, but not that much.  You'd be fine anywhere really.

You don't necessarily need to go to a top undergraduate school, but definitely look into the medical programs at the schools you want to apply to.  Do a little research and see if they have any decent pre-med or pre-dental programs.  You don't have to go to an amazing school for your B.A., but you shouldn't just apply to any old school without looking into it first and making sure they have what you're looking for.

  3. It doesn't matter, but the more status the school has that you choose, the more interested they will be in you.  

  4. It doesn't really matter.  Dentistry is not a highly competitive field (compared to law or medicine), so the quality of the education of would-be dentists is not as crucial.

    Any respectable liberal arts college would be just fine.
