Undergraduate and Post graduate?

will undertaking a undergraduate degree in aerospace/aeronautical technolgy prevent me from studying a postgradute degree in computer science or games programming/design.

No.  No it won't.  Nothing will stop you from doing graduate (BTW, postgraduate usually means after you masters) study in any field.  You just may end up needing to take some undergraduate courses to catch up.
