Underneath my homes back deck, I have bees that have a lot of holes in the ground. How do I get rid of them?

If they're in the ground they're, most likely, either bumble bees or yellow jackets. Both are bad news, if you rile them and sometimes will attack without provocation. I'd suggest you call an exterminator. They have the equipment and pesticide to do the job and the protective equipment to prevent themselves from being stung.
