Who would you say are 3 of the most underrated outfield arms of all-time? You can go with stats, unpopular team/player, or just seeing someone gun a runner at home/3rd.

  1. Barry Bonds

    No Joke

    he had an amazing arm

  2. McLouth, Ankiel, and Markakis

  3. In the 1970's, Rusty Staub had a howitzer.

  4. Jason Bay he has a pretty good arm and if you saw him throw out that dude yesterday, you'd agree.

  5. Nick Markakis

    Rick Ankiel (former pitcher)

    Xavier Nady

  6. Shane Victorino....hands down.  He has a SPECTACULAR arm

  7. Jeff Francoeur

    Shane Victorino

Manny Ramirez......he cant catch, but he sure can throw

  8. Boby Abreu seems to have people thinking they can take that extra base. Arms seem to be well known not sure of to many underated arms in basball

  9. I can't think of three, but I can think of one - Rick Ankiel. He's thrown out runners several times this year. If you missed him gunning down two runners at 3rd against Colorado earlier this season, you gotta watch it.

  10. Alex Rios has the most underrated arm today.

Of all time is tough because if they were that underrated, then we wouldn't know them well enough to bring them up right now.

Ankiel has a great arm, but everyone knows it. Plus, he takes terrible routes to get to balls.

  11. to the guy who said Bay has a good arm he must not have seen him in Pittsburgh when he couldn't throw.

    Victorino/ Abreu/ Bonds

  12. Jeff Francoeur

    Nate McLouth

    Shane Victorino

I gotta throw him in as well: Austin Kearns
