Undersocialized teenage girl???

ok I need to know the name of the teenage girl who was found I think somewhere in the 1970's that was never socialized.Her story came out on tv but i don't remember what channel. I know her mother was blinded by cataracts and her father was super strict.when the authorities found her she was malnourished and didn't know how to speak . any help would be great
